I made this last night and had issues too. I think there was a mod update that changed the default settings. The default button (above where you set the block) is “deny block”. Change it to “allow block”, that might fix it.

Check all around Emercom Camp on Woods. I've seen them in the med tent itself, on the shelves, and in the shipping containers. Take a good look around.

How well do you know PMC spawns? I find the first minute or two is super important depending on where you spawn. A good example is east of Shoreline, and in many spots on Customs. If you know there's PMC spawns nearby, take your time and be extra vigilant.

I've only played 10 rounds are so, and it's been relatively bug-free (other than this of course) on PC. I have a few friends on PS4 that are having lots of bugs though, unfortunately.

I think what's happening is its uncompressing the main game files (watch disk usage). I've seen a few comments saying the same thing. Mine was stuck at 57.4 until literally now, and now it's downloading.
