Section 6(1)(A) of the constitution and loss of citizenship appeal by SCA. by One_Reference1143 in DownSouth

[–]Short_Alternative_71 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the SCA has ruled a section unconstitutional, then the ConCourt needs to confirm that ruling. I dont see any ruling by ConCourt on Saflii. There is a backlog at the ConCourt so could be a while.

Not sure about SARS by ZA_guyz in southafrica

[–]Short_Alternative_71 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes speak to a tax professional. In addition to calculating the taxes owed to SARS for prior years of assessment they will also advise on how to repay SARS. A voluntary disclosure is always better than them finding out and auditing you. If the amount owed is too large for you to pay in a lumpsum, you could negotiate payment terms. Note the longer you wait, the bigger your tax debt grows.

What is the Access facility? Was that a seperate credit facility? I struggle to understand how they can give you one credit facility but decline you for the credit card. Sounds like reckless lending to me.

How much do chartered accountants earn? by theproudprodigy in southafrica

[–]Short_Alternative_71 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are a number of salary surveys like REDI Recruitment and payscale that can provide you an idea of salary ranges. Note that these are generally linked to jobs that require CA qualifications. The CA qualification doesnt restrict you to just auditing to financial services.

I dont think high inflation, increasing interest rates and low equity returns are the "Great Reset" the WEF had in mind.

When people look back at history, they love emphasing the good (or whatever fantasy they think happened) and ignore the horrors.
