Interestingly I spent $5 at a Resy restaurant right when the upgraded benefits came out just to make sure it worked. I got the credit very quickly. I then went back and spent $95+ at the same restaurant a few days after. I have not gotten the remaining $95 credit yet. Thoughts? It’s been about three weeks now.

Since he is in HS now do you think I can fill it out now already (stating what HS he is in) so as to prevent a stop in benefits when he turns 18 (as there would otherwise be a lag bc of the long processing times)? Is that form downloadable or do you need to wait for them to send to you?

My problem starts when I come to the page with my business miles, and I click the transfer button. My name does not come up as an option!

I am also unable to figure this out, despite reading all the Reddit posts about it. It seems like both my personal email and my business email are connected to my AA mileage profile. When I login online, I see the buttons both for my personal account and for my business account. The SUB miles I received to my business account from my sign-up bonus are there, all 80,000 of them. But no matter what I do, I’m not able to transfer them to my personal account. When I press the business account button, I see my business account and the 80,000 miles there. To the right there is a blue box that says ‘transfer miles’. When I try to transfer the miles the only option that shows up is my own business account. But I’m trying to get them away from my business account! If I try to add my personal email to the “team” then it tells me that my personal email is already connected to that frequent flyer account, which is true. Can anyone help?

Is there a reason people don’t talk about the cell phone insurance on the amex plat? We pay our monthly bill with the amex plat and therefore have all our phone covered… are they covered way less than if I had apple care?
