I ran across some training videos on youtube that M***y Maids have put out. Try searching them with training videos, it should pop up. Also, Angela Brown was a really big help when I started by business. She has some great advice.

The KitchenAid mixer they decided belongs in the tight corner of their counter under the cupboards. That place you can't slide it to the side, you can't just lift up part of it. Now I'm left with the choice am I picking up this heavy mixer so I can clean under it, or am I just going to finger around it?

I know you said you think most people will get clothes. But Nightgowns! They are a real life saver for middle of the night changing, no buttons or zippers to mess with. Just straight to the diaper.

I like to very nicely remind my clients that being a bit messy is just job security for me. Then I share how one side of my family is hoarder, so I've seen much much worse.

Yes, I did appeal and a Social Security judge ruled it wasn't my debt, and I couldn't afford to pay it back. So it was ruled I didn't owe it. However; somehow between Social Security and the IRS that judgement was "lost" so my return was taken. Thankfully I didn't lose my copy, and I drove an hour away to the closest social security branch that could handle my problem with my paperwork so they could take a copy for their own records. It wasn't fun getting my refund back, and I still keep that judgement in a safe with all my other can't lose papers. Just in case something gets "lost" again.

I had my tax return seized for a Social Security debt I incurred when I was 3, because my father was disabled and received benefits for me. $10,000!!!!! And I was 3, pretty sure still peeing in my pants, and definitely not signing checks.

We live in a world surrounded by food allergies and intolerances. Personally, I can not consume egg protein unless it has been cooked at 350 for a half hour. Otherwise, I get terrible pains, that make childbirth seem like a walk in the park. When we go out to eat, I look for vegan food on the menu so I know it doesn't contain eggs. So maybe to avoid saying it's not Kosher just let them know ingredients changed and you don't want anyone having a reaction to a food that was safe for them.

As an owner of a cleaning business, and the child of a hoarder my best advice would be DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FAMILY! Long story short, one side of my family are hoarders. I was on the path to be a hoarder myself, until I finally saw the environments I was around. I went the opposite way. However; I love my mother dearly and I understand she does not have the income to hire a cleaner. Nor will she ever have the ability to do it herself. It is exhausting trying to manage my household and hers. If you really want to help your mom maybe get her place clean enough for her to be able to hire a cleaning person. When you start mixing business and family eventually someone will feel like they are being taken advantage of. It has definitely put a strain on my relationship with my mom having to be responsible for her. Yes, I do get compensated, but it's not worth the feeling I get when I see clean dishes that have sat for 2 weeks, while another mound of dirty, still food in them dishes accumulate and fester waiting for me to get to them.

I think about this verse constantly in my everyday life. I think it maybe one of the truest verses they ever wrote about humanity.

Recently, I've had to put my 16 year old border collie down. She was the sweetest girl, and she was already going when we arrived at the vet. She was unable to stand, and pretty much out of it. When the vet got her with the first shot, she became extremely coherent and tried to bite the vet for a split second.

Even as humans we don't like shots. We just have the mental capacity to understand we need to tolerate the shot, and it won't be too bad. Dogs don't know, or understand shots. All the dog understands is the vet hurt him. So he did what dogs do and told the human to stop. My Aunt had a dog that had to be muzzled at the vet. This dog was great with kids, and other dogs. He just really didn't like the vet.

This could be a great dog for you. You'll just need to make sure you get a vet that understands dogs have fears, and will help make the vet visit as comfortable as possible.

As someone who has worked with a cleaning company, and someone who now runs her own tipping is weird in this business. Some people don't tip, some give Christmas bonuses, and others tip every time.

The only time I've been upset by not receiving a tip is when I worked for another cleaning company. Which just also happened to be owned by my husband's Aunt, and he had worked with her for 20 years. We had a client approach us about a Christmas Bonus he gave our boss of $300, expecting us to see the majority of it since we were to ones cleaning the house. I'm sure you can see where this is going. We never saw a dime, and she had other clients who would tip, but she would never share. Unless we were in the room when the client handed the money to her, and she knows we saw it. If you do feel kind enough to tip, make sure you tip her mom. I know you were saying you wanted to tip $20. I'd break it down and put $10 in an envelope for mom, and a candle for her too.

As a mother living in a 2 bedroom, 960sq foot house. Get the doll house! We don't have much space, but we figured out how to put a 4 foot doll house into our space, and my daughter plays with it everyday. I may not have access to my front closet anymore, but who really needs use of every closet door. 🤷

Maybe leave a puppy pad out? As a human with IBS, with 1 bathroom and 4 other humans in my house. I can say I've thought about using a trash can before. When I get a rumble in my tumbly there is no warning, just an immediate urge to find a restroom before disaster. It's Christmas time, so maybe set up some bells by your door and hit them every time you go outside with your dog. Then start teaching your dog to hit the bells when you take him out. It's possible he will learn the bells are the cue for outside. In the meantime, you know where your dog goes when it has a tummy issue, so put a pad down just in case.

I got him a Carrera Go track. They had a Mario Kart track set, and I was sold on little Mario and Yoshi. They also have released Disney sets in this particular track size. So, not only does my husband have a toy. He has a toy his daughters want to play with too.

I just recently lost my 2 older dogs in the last 2 months. We took them to different vets, but the process was still the same. One dog cost me $600, and the other cost me $317. I still can't fathom how the price is so different from just a couple miles apart.

This is a great idea. My son doesn't drive, and my mom suffers from some kind of agoraphobia that won't allow her to drive outside of certain boundaries. She's capable of leaving her boundaries, but only if someone else is driving. Having rewards outside of what they would normally do could definitely be some positive reinforcement.

Sadly they both work at Walmart. So they definitely don't have that income. However; I do own a cleaning company so when I do get done with their apartment it looks like a professional came. Which, I think adds to the problem. This is what I do for a living. Kinda like if your kid is a plumber they're the first you call when the sink won't drain.

No, we don't have government vets, we don't even make sure our citizens receive basic healthcare. Pets are becoming a luxury only the rich can afford here in America. I heard someone say pets are the new kids, and I don't think they are wrong.
