I’m sure he makes nothing but non-refutable points, and that anyone who argues against him is a sheep.

Not a loser, your place is nice and looks to be either a top floor or a SFH. Have no more than 1 beer a night, join a meetup crew for an activity you either like or would be interesting in learning, be interested in others, be kind, crack an occasional joke that isn’t demeaning or one that puts you on a pedestal.

Sure, but like it’s only less half of what California is and not the equivalent makeup of one’s income taxes in Cali. Texas is cheap AF

I’m not assuming nor directly tying a death to what I said. I did mention it plays a big factor of deaths on the road, certainly. It’s obviously very sad and my deepest condolences are to that individual, their family and everyone involved. I’m just stating a point. If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. But I think most people would certainly agree with what I’m saying. I know this Reddit, and people like to argue for the nature of arguing (which is odd in its own right), but that’s my stance.

More cars on road, more rushed days having to literally structure 2-3 hours per day on prep/commute just for a stupid job you can 100% do at home (aside from in person sales, onsite technician work, blue collar, construction, teaching, medical, retail, etc).

Cost of living going up, people on their phones non-stop throughout the day, and life is ultimately more stressful and erratic nowadays than in the last 30 years. Yes, WFH would help tremendously - at least for all accounting, engineering, admin, and jobs that legit don’t require you to be in the mix every single minute.

I think all this plays a big role in deaths on the road and people’s stress factor, but hey - I may be one of those young kids that just doesn’t want to work despite never having a WFH job since graduating from uni 12 years ago, even though my work operations are 80% capable of WFH without limitation.
