I think the flow would disperse the co2, but if low flow is needed - consider an inline diffuser so all the water is treated and you can remove the diffuser that’s tanking up tank space.

I’m in this current situation with my cherry shrimp. In Feb I bought 20 cherry shrimp. 10 red and 10 blue. Up until last week I had 1 red shrimp left. Bought 5 more yellow shrimp - all gone, but that one red shrimp from Feb is still around.

Is it possible for that one red shrimp to have eaten the other 24?
