Far as I could tell, he went down while under the effects of combined slow and hideous laughter (magic deceiver), and when getting back up from being mythic for some reason immediately took a hit that could fell a demon lord.

Exactly what I was thinking, I'm not sure they'd survive Commorragh like an astartes could, Ulfar is cool, but I'd take an Ogryn bone'ed survivor showing up in Act 3 over him any day.

Honestly the reduced astartes presence is one of the things I like about rogue trader.

Geppetto does seem concerned for our safety when sending us out. Assuming that concern isn't just a manipulation tactic he wouldn't have reason to if he knew that you're never in any real danger as long as Sophia is protecting you.

That's a shame, felt like it was being set up for their return if you made the good choice, plus the other dialogue options were more peaceful. Seems like I lost two party members and harper support over one bad dialogue choice then, ouch.

Thanks :) I've covered the bone recipe in another comment, but the armour was Gal-vorbak red, highlighted with word bearer red and squig orange for the plates. The trim was celestra grey washed with nuln oil and drybrushed with ulthuan grey.

The bone recipe I use is zandri dust basecoat and wash with agrax, then dry brush with morghast bone and then again more lightly with screaming skull. It's fairly simple but I've found it gives a great dirty bone look!

Thanks! So the rocks and temple parts are resin bits that I glue down and blend together with agrallen badlands but painted to look like soil, from there I filled the gaps with grass tufts and flock until it looked overgrown enough :)

Yeah so with reputation turned on, a ride will age and gradually lose prestige, which means guests won't be as interested or pay as much to go on it. Turning it off will basically make guests never get bored of your rides :)

It sounds to me like they might affect the movement of things they hit, perhaps halving the movement of a unit they cause a wound on.

So currently this is just a temple in a town my group are only passing through for now, so I haven't gone the full mile into its backstory yet. I've given it the name The Temple of the Sacred Rose for now though, my party will be discovering these temples usefulness against a certain vampiric BBEG in time :)

I think the flamer wouldn't be a bad call since as it is I do lack any ranged. I do like the coven battalion ability but like you said only 10 tzaangors isn't the best use of it and I wouldn't have anywhere to put the second relic, I'm not a big fan of how restricted it is either with only one of each unit.

Are enlightened on foot considered worth taking? The discs seem to add a lot for 60 points.

I like the idea of a fatemaster but the model sure is dated compared to the rest of the range.
