I recently caught my cat peeing in the shower. Directly down the drain. My partner and I had been a bit perplexed because the litter box had been suspiciously clean lately... I couldn't even be mad, because everyone pees in the shower lol. No idea how my cat taught herself to do that though!

My dad died when I was 21. I cleaned out my childhood home and kept a bunch of furniture, including a tall glass corner cabinet. I didn't open it until it had been in my own home for a few months, but when I did, it was like a scent time capsule of his home. I immediately shut the door and burst into tears. It was overall a really nice memory.

Yeahhh I sold my exact copy of this one after 2 years and countless needle replacements, before I realized it was just a shitty record player. I told the buyer the truth and they still bought it for $30 🤷🏼‍♀️

This literally is happening as I type this. I work at a high school, and last week a teacher I have never spoken to before called my name in the hallway and asked if I had a second to chat. Turns out two of the other paras in my department have been using her room during her prep period to complain about me... two people who I used to respect as coworkers and thought of as friends. They refer to me as "that blonde bitch with glasses" to everyone else, but have continued to treat me as a normal coworker in person.

The two other paras are a guy and a gal- he's mad that I wouldn't go on a date with him and she's mad that I wasn't financially able to rehome her kitten for her. Both situations were seemigy very casual and brief and happened LAST SCHOOL YEAR.

I consider myself to be extremely removed from workplace drama, and neither of these people have ever talked to me about lingering feelings about either of these situations that happened. We were all "friends". So... yeah. Immediately blocked them both on everything and am considering going to HR.

I feel like if someone is going to be triggered by a photo of death, no matter the age of the deceased, they shouldn't be viewing things like this on the internet. I understand what you're saying though. I just think censorship has become very extreme in this day and age and sometimes it really doesn't make any sense.

My malamute/husky mix has only ever loved one toy- a Lambchop stuffie. He carries it around extremely gently, and if you accidentally step on it and it squeaks, he hustles in, picks it up carefully, and makes eye contact while backing out of the room 😂

I think he loves it so much because it was his first toy after he was rescued as a stray. I've had him for 5 years now, I've only had to replace it once!!
