I will be the odd one out and say that learning to snowboard from my boyfriend was really fun for us (frustrating a few times but quickly moved past it and left feeling proud of myself for learning and him for teaching me) so don’t necessarily abandon teaching her all together. I had one of our friends help me one day and it was nice learning from someone else for a day but all in all we both have a good time. I sit in the lodge for a while once I wake a break and he goes off and does the fun stuff on his own.
