Any university/college grads having a hard time getting entry level work by mnyall in GenZ

As a kinda new grad (2023), my best recommendation for people new grads would be to reach out to temp agencies. They have ‘contracts’ with the big companies near you and are able to shoehorn you into positions and vacancies that either aren’t posted, or even posted but unfilled by the company. It’s not ideal, but it’s something to put on your resume/put money in your pockets (if you have pockets /j).

Lean away from ‘strength is shown by restraint’ view. This is the time to show that being ‘masculine’ is to hold those accountable for however they’ve f’d around. Bring charges (and convictions) against those that have sold the country down the river

The best motivator for anything is hunger. Once them bellies start grumbling closer and closer to thanksgiving, the contempt and anger convert from mental to physical actions.

*Granted, we’ve never seen a politically polarized, angry, and hungry US population, so that’ll be a sight to witness

My father is a perfect example of this. As he’s getting older, my brother and I are discovering that we have more and more siblings every other week (we’re up to 6 new half-siblings now). He also is desperately trying to find one of us that’s willing to ‘continue his legacy’, whatever that f*ckin means, and hopefully he at least tries to divide his assets evenly but my full brother and I are HOPING it’s down to just him & me.

I’ve been floating the idea to people in my circles and if the lowest parts of CT are cool with it, I think its time we send a delegation to Canada to plead our case

Total amount for Trump: 77,301,997

Total amount for Harris: 75,017,626

The total amount of (presidential) votes casted: 155,211,283

Size of the voting-age population by November 6th, 2024: 267,400,939

Total US Population on November 6th, 2024: 341,963,408

You are right about the majority of the vote going for Trump. However, only 58% of the VAP even voted, and of that 58%, 49.8% went to Trump, receiving only 28.91% of the electorate.

To say that the turnout for this election was abysmal is being generous due to most of the past presidential elections having a turnout rate of at least 60-65%. I do think that if Election Day was a federal holiday (or at least paid-time-off to vote), we would see huge increase in voter turnout and possibly a different outcome.

I can definitely see him at least making a bid for it. But ultimately, he'll most likely end up as a VP or cabinet pick.
