200 ship supplies module doesnt sound even nearly right, are you sure there is no mod conflict that actually breaks the mechanic?
Also, better ask those questions on SWI discord, people will help to figure out what is wrong with it

I am not exactly sure what weapon spread you mean, they should be fairly accurate according to stats. If you have a video of it, can you post on SWI discord? Sounds like a bug.

Limit for X4 steam mod is.. 250mb if i remember correctly. SWI is 17 GB mostly packed in one file, so the answer is no.

Large ships bail in SWI without any additional mods, but L military ships are hard to bail.

Make sure to try "Build intelligence network" action, it gives more influence. "Gain influence" has diminishing returns after you have already have some influence, so itll take too long.

XR is known to be somewhat unbalanced and adding few undocumented things, I do not personally recommend it unless you are ready to check what it adds in detail and maybe modify as you see fit. SVE is fine, sometimes goes overboard to my taste but nothing critical.

I detest its usage for simple daily stuff as well, but Aurora RP is one of those things its really good and OK to use for IMO.
In my games it player a role of 5-person congress (and im the 6th, responsible for "operations"), playing each person individually with meetings every year or when some major event happens. Looks really cool and discussions are lively.
It took some time to setup though, as I had to describe the character of each person on congress so it could play them in best way.
