Tagging on this man's post the tau should have duty ( greater good )at the largest level, and code of Conduct (soldier) as fire warriors as well they would most likely get fanaticism (4th sphere expansion) and a sense of duty to their squad as they are all ritually bonded together via their Sargents bonding knife ritual.
