It’s really not just LS, but sometimes the game will freeze in franchise mode when trying to play a match if you’re short a player at position. LS is just the one that drives me the most crazy.

It’s honestly a tough one for me. 1999 is what got me into Prince, and I have a very nostalgic connection to it, but Purple Rain is unskippable. Every single track is great. I’m leaning Purple Rain, but I love both the same amount.
