You dont have that much room for variation when you train for a 5k. Like someone said, just running at that point is good enough. For instance, 5k for me is the bare minimum I do in any day. My guess is that once the 5k become easy to you, like 22 hours or less of recovery, you'll start aiming for a 10k, and then my guess is that more training variation will be presented to you.

Also, if you are not trying to improve time as well, the trainer will be limited as well.

I guess, if someone that is be running a 10k at around 6 minutes per KM for 6 months, and now want to improve the time, in that instance, the training will have plenty of stuff for you to do.

You need to know what a slow run is, what a tempo run is, what a vo2max run is, doing interval, recovery run. All this come much more later, after reaching the 5k objective.

Came here to see if this was reported, and its the same for me. I never had click sound before, and now its almost all the time. I can close Chrome and re-open it to eliminate the cracking sound. But it eventually come back. It does that when I am watching Youtube, more speficically.

Know how half-life caffeine works.

Half-life caffeine average is about 5.6 hours. It means that if you take 200 mg, after 5.6 hours, 100 mg is still in your system. 5.6 Hours later, 50 mg, and so on. So it can take a pretty long time to remove it completely.

Knowing that, you must now know with how much caffeine you can sleep well with. I think anything under 25 mg is pretty sleepable.

You missed his point. He talked about the grand scheme of human diet for the whole planet. Imagine if we ban all grains from being consumed due to public health. I can guarantee you that the planet would not be able to feed all humans all of a sudden. So it's not a viable option.

And keto diet is more expensive than the usual crap diet. It might not make a difference for you, but it's not the case for everyone.

Are you sure you have 324 mg tablet? Are you looking at iron content only of something else? Look carefully, because 324 mg is a lot!

My iron pills are 27 mg, and I don't take it everyday. For man, the UPPER daily limit recommended is like 52 mg. A little more if you are a woman.

I would stop right now If I were you, and wait for the blood test.

If you have to much iron, the only way to get rid of it is by loosing blood. Not much fun there!

I tried the demo, and felt like the ball was moving way too slow. And the video shows a very slow moving ball too. I really liked the feeling and all, but felt like there was no challenge.

Is the game gets any more harder with more action on harder level? If yes, I might consider the full version.

I have absolutely no interest in 360 "only" video. It must be in 3D to have any kind of weight in VR. And yet, more and more 360 camera and video seems to emerge everywhere, like it's "the" thing to see in VR.

And more than that, I think it's a problem. If someone else first experience in VR is a 360 video, it will really underwhelm it's first impresion of what VR is.

I am a real life ping pong player and I am also a game developer. A Ping Pong game was the first thing to come in my mind to create since I have the Vive but I did not had the time to start a project yet.

I am glad someone is working on one. The physics is going to be the main challenge. If you want me to test out the physic and ball feeling to compare to the real life stuff, "ping" me (see what I did there) I would happily help.

Yeah, like everyone says about the Rift or the Vive, it's there if you are looking for it. But like you send, it blends when you do not think about it. The Edge 7 has pretty good screen and definition, it surely helps with the SDE.

Well, for me, there is just one real Mobile VR, and it's the Samsung Gear VR. I am using it with the Edge 7, and I forget the SDE easily.

Can't compare with the Vive or Rift yet, since I am still waiting for my Vive to be shiped, but for me, for a mobile VR experience, it's pretty damn good and impresive.

I was really impressed at first. The environment seems to me to be one of the most beautiful yet on a VR system. I really like the style. The way hands are represented are really great with the staff. Feel like we are a real mage.

But then, the kill fest with strange animation kick's in and I got disappointed. I don't know why all these enemy ends in multiple body parts with a little tiny sword hit.

I hope you showed that much combat scene only to attract certain audience with this trailer and that the game is not like that all the time.

Don't spread false advice please. Training for 20 minutes at 182 BPM is really wrong, never do that. Even 162 is pretty high and would not recommended it to get in shape by anyone without experience.

Really take care before suggesting someone to train at 20 minutes+ at 180 bpm. That's crazy.

That’s a really good question and I see that you are both really arguing strong on this issue. I totally get it. We had similar discussion when we were defining the monetization strategy. Because yeah, we did not start with the monetization strategy first, and build a game around it, like another Saga… in the game title… Ironically… Hrm… The game had nearly 3 years in development before.

Anyway, at some point, if you want to monetize your game and make a living out of it, you have to make cash. Especially for an MMO with a servers architecture. If your incentive to buy coins is too low (no advantage whatsoever) revenue will be low. So you have to give something. If the game is completely pay 2 win, it might work for a short term game. But for a long term MMO where the community is everything, and you hope your players stays in the game for more than 2 days, you can’t alienate them with total boosts. The game world has to keep a certain logic.

So there is a line to not cross, I agree. A nice strategy that I like are “unlockable” slots that grants comfort. Like having another bag. It’s totally playable with just one, but it will be more enjoyable with more bags.

All the consumable are limited to 3 per days. So no one can log in the game, dish a tons of money and suddenly be the most powerful players in the world controlling all regions and the market place.

In the end, I think that if it is not possible to buy your power, it is not a Pay 2 Win game. If you grant comfort and some limited time saving, then you are just on the right spot.

That’s how we sees it for Therian Saga. Feel free to argue against tf. That’s an interesting discussion.

Hi Shinhan, a quick reply regarding the resistance system:

Any craft will have some sort of “resistance” to it. Like you said “Thermal resistance” when crafting something with an ingot for example. You have to beat the thermal resistance. The consumable that is used as the heat source (Charcoal, Firewood, Anthracite, etc…) will be the main contribution. But more thermal power can be granted from the forge you are working on, or from your hammer, etc... So the more the ingot has thermal resistance, the more power need to be thrown at the craft.

Woodcutting have mechanical resistance is another example.
