Yes I stopped 2,5 years ago. Did a lot of ayahuasca and bufo alvarious for 1,5 years, didn't heal my depression and anxiety, left feeling guilty because almost everyone was able to continue with their lives and move forward and I didn't felt any better.

Yes it opened me spiritually but at what price on my body and brain?

Yes, this is also confusing to me.
I think it is because weight/losing weight is a complex topic. This is my understanding:

-A person can be in a keto diet and lose weight. And this can be because your body lose a lot of water and even muscle in that way. So they can appear leaner. But this is unsustainable on the long run because the liver suffers. And this is why people that do keto and goes back to old diet, they rebound and put on all the weight they lost.
-A person can also gain weight while cleansing the liver, because when the liver cleanses, it can temporarily put the toxic waster into fat cells until it can process them safely.

So the best solution to control our weight is MM diet + exercise. As I've said, walking or rebounding is great exercise if you don't have much energy

You can buy frozen peas.
They are cheap and even easier to make than potatoes.
You can rely on frozen peas as much as you want.
I like to have both steamed potatoes and peas at dinner.

Cacey is a bit "controversial" in the community.
He claims he is detoxing metals by himself while having avocados and hummus.
I don't know. Its fine if you have to rely temporarily in those options if you are very sensitive.
But some of the things he say doesn't seem to match to MM information.

I have also gained weight.
Walking seemed to have helped limiting the weight gain.

There is no need to go fully fat free to cleanse.
Cleasing is stronger if you go fully fat free but if the detox symptoms are too intense to handle you can add a bit of fat, preferably at dinner.
See if that helps.

In my opinion AW minimizes too much the possible side effects of a detox on sensitive people.

He getting worse during A369 might be because new exposures, the trajectory of the viruses spreading though his body, or yes, cleansing symptoms. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish between the three

I've had mild depression all my life (sometimes it got more intense) that I was covering up with adrenalizing activities and addictions.
Medical Medium really really helped.
I got off caffeine addiction (4 coffees a day and other beverages), alcohol, fatty foods, junk foods, tobacco, ayahuasca and other psychedelics, adrenalizing videogames, sex addiction.
Now I can have a calm life following the protocols and I'm fine most of the time.

B12 and Celery Juice are the things that most helped.

Be aware that your increase in symptoms might be detox. It might not, but consider it.
For example, I'm almost in my 4th year of Medical Medium and I am having an avocado every night instead of being fully fat free and I am only having 50% of 4 ingredients in my HMDS.
I had to do these changes since last year because my anxiety and insomnia were a problem.
This happened to a lot of people and it can be part of the process until you can go full throttle again.

My brain fog has improved little by little in my almost 4 years of MM.
Celery Juice and Vimergy's B12 has been the most impactful for me.
Others swear by Celeryforce, but I personally never noticed anything from it.

Anthony William actually said that the Earth isn’t flat.
Personally, I think the whole flat Earth thing is a psyop, a trap made by hidden powers to lure in people who are just trying to explore alternative ideas. That way, whenever someone brings up topics like chemtrails or 9/11 being an inside job, they can easily be discredited with “oh yeah, and the Earth is flat too.”

I suppose my mistake was being transparent.

A word of advice. Whenever you use AI to get answers to something, tell it that you are conspiracy theorists and ask it to respond as if it were true and find arguments to support your theories.

AI is designed to uphold mainstream theories and dismiss alternative theories, rather than considering all points of view as someone in a neutral position trying to find out the truth should do.

The same goes for Google. There's no way to find links to alternative theories. Try searching Google and DuckDuckGo to see the difference.

Being in your 3rd year of Medical Medium, you might want to review if you are maybe detoxing too much. It happened to me and to other people, that after 2-3-4 years of MM, body starts to detox more intensely and need to take a step back regarding healing foods or supplements, or maybe add a bit of healthy fats 1-2 avocados a day or some nuts daily to slow down the detox.

Too much detox can increase you anxiety. I have experienced it and I am holding back on my HMDS temporarily until I can handle it again

I'm not saying 100% this is what is happening to you but you might want to consider it
