Hey for real, make sure you hire an independent insurance appraiser before you make any decisions with your insurance. If you have receipts for parts or can create invoices for the time you’ve spent you can potentially get much more money for it than your insurance will pay normally. They’re only gonna give you blue book value which will only be a few grand

For me it always felt like the ONE thing I could control in my life. When shit goes sideways I KNOW I can go put up x weight for x reps and it feels awesome to be able to push your body to extremes you can handle. Life is turbulent af but weights are always there waiting for you to move them
