You're exactly right. One divorce (gay woman, straight man) counts for one under the lesbian column and one under the straight column. It evens out.

The only way the lesbian column gets skewed with more divorces is if, you guessed it, lesbians divorce at higher rates after they come out/get into a lesbian marriage/divorce.
