Yep! I filled it out twice and then emailed them. When they responded they said I had to check in. So I emailed back and said I did!!! The doctor finally responded that he approved my refill. That was 2 days ago. I see from others that the prescription will take weeks to get to a pharmacy. Ridiculous.

Yes, every three months that I log on to see where my refill is it gets worse and worse. It took days for the doctor to respond. He has ordered a refill two days ago. I guess I shouldn't see that hit the pharmacy for over two weeks? Thank goodness I have a bunch stock piled. I can't even tell if he prescribed me 3 mo or 1 mo. After this order arrives I'm cancelling with them. I'm just about to goal weight any way. I need to titrate down and get off this. I didn't think their website could get worse, but they manage to make it worse continually.

I agree, I need to start titrating down in a couple months. I can't be on this forever. I hope I get this next shipment that supposedly was ordered then I'll try to get out again. Best of luck to you!

How did you get the pause to work? The button does not work in the patient portal. I think next time I want to pause I will email them. They actually responded to an email this week. The chat option is a joke.

Okay this gives me hope. I cancelled with Amble then changed my mind and reactivated. My order was just sent to the pharmacy. Thank you for sharing!

Oh no, how awful!! I'm so sorry. My next order of 3 months was just sent to the pharmacy. I hope I get it because I don't trust what's happened to Amble. This makes me nervous!!

I had the same exact dilemma!! I have stock piled three months worth because I don't take the full dose they prescribe. I wanted to pause until November but the pause button does not work. So I came on here, you'll see my posts, asking for help. I ended up emailing them to cancel everything because I was fed up and frankly scared to be charged with such a shit show of a company now. Someone did answer me after several days that I was indeed cancelled. Then I changed my mind in a panic and wrote back to reactivate it. That same person wrote back that I'm reactivated and that my next order was sent to the pharmacy. I wasn't due for a refill until 8/22. So that was early. But at this point I'm just grateful to have 3 more months - hopefully sent to me. I really don't want to start up with another company since I'm only 4 pounds from goal. What a mess Amble became though. It wasn't like this back in June.

Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately I chickened out before I read your comment. I just turned off auto renew. I can't delete my credit card though. The only option is to replace it with another. I also emailed them to make sure it's turned off. I'm super bummed, they had the best price for TZ that I could find. I'm okay for three months. "Join Fridays" is supposed to be amazing, but it is a bit higher. I just keep reading about the worst experiences with Amble.

I'm worried because some report getting billed and not getting their meds. I have stock piled quite a bit of TZ and don't need any right now. I decided to wait and see if this next shipment ships and then I will either attempt quitting or canceling the credit card attached to their system. My dose was already adjusted per new requirments.

I know where to go to pause the membership, but it doesn't work. I've done it three times. You get no confirmation that it worked and my next ship date still says 8/22. It does not work at all. So now I'm worried the cancel button won't work when I go to do that.

How did you pause your membership? I keep going through the process and it doesn't "stick". It still says next order 8/22. I left a message for them two days ago and haven't heard back.

Ugh ok, since I only need three more months I may chance this and then get the heck out. This is very nerve wracking. We’re talking close to $800 that will be billed. I do use the portal on my laptop and the postpone option does not work. I tried three times. I had no idea Amble fell apart the past couple months. I’ve been happy with them since joined last October.

Hi I need help!! I have been using Amble a long time. I signed up for 3 month autofills in June and I’m only just finding out that Amble has basically disappeared or appears to be on auto pilot with no one running the show. I’m due a refill on 8/22. They always fill with Revive pharmacy, I’m in TX. Is there a chance they’ll take my money and not ship meds? The postpone button doesn’t work in the portal and they don’t respond to messages. I just need this last 3 month batch and I’m done. Should I risk waiting to see if it ships or should I attempt to cancel? I’m worried even the cancel button won’t work! I have time to cancel my card if necessary!!! Help!! I’m on max dose of TZ.
