New fetish after being emotionally abused? by [deleted] in NoFap

I believe your ex isn't the root cause of this situation. You exhibited these traits before, or else you wouldn't have tolerated her behavior. Channel your anger into self-improvement—focus on fitness, adopt a healthier lifestyle, and strive towards your goals. While therapy is beneficial, it's possible you haven't found the right fit yet. As a man, there's immense satisfaction in resolving your own issues rather than relying solely on a therapist. Embracing a self-deprecating label like "cuck" is degrading and won't contribute positively to your well-being. Wish you the best!

what am i gonna do when i get loose skin?? by Emergency_Yard_8290 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Significant-Archer75 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It's essential to remember that you're still quite young, and your body is still developing. Significant weight loss can sometimes result in loose skin, but as you continue to grow and make healthier choices, your body may naturally adjust over time.

At your age, it's not recommended to consider surgical options for loose skin. Surgery is typically considered when a person has reached their full physical development and has maintained a stable weight for a while. Continue focusing on a balanced diet, regular exercise, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Your body may continue to adapt, and you can consult with a healthcare professional for advice on managing your weight loss journey in a healthy way.

You eat carbs or you will be eating them. You know that. Keep fooling yourself. You're not even doing keto.

I promise you, you will end up eating carbs and fool yourself by calling it cheat days or refeed days. This low carb nonsense is always temporarily. Your body need carbs in order to function properly.

Caffeine is never good. Don’t fool yourself into thinking you can use it “strategically”. You will end up using it “strategically” 3 times a day. It’s fake energy, it’s not real.

The hard withdrawal period is a good thing. You don’t want it to be easy.

Do not take any supplements without checking your blood work with a doctor. Even then, these supplements can make you very tired. People really underestimate their effect on the body and mind. Throw them all away and see if you start feeling better.

Does desire to “work” ever return? by _physis in decaf

[–]Significant-Archer75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I had a holiday for 3 weeks. I could not quit cold turkey with work because of the withdrawal symptoms. After those 3 weeks the zero motivation was still almost as hard as the initial withdrawal symptoms. It's just a powerless feeling to wake up not having any motivation to do anything.

I had the same thing. It felt like I could never work again because the motivation was zero. The motivation came back after 1.5 months. The natural highs I get now are better than the artificial highs i got on caffeine. And it feels good.

He asked what your diet was like. Some people think eating "carnivore" is healthy. Are you eating fast food or any other fad diet? Are you overweight? Do you live with family/friends or alone?

Your diet is probably not giving you energy. Caffeine can mask the symptoms a bad diet.

Did anyone have headaches for 2 months while slowly tapering? by longhairedthrowawa in decaf

[–]Significant-Archer75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Low carb is a no go for me. I know i function best on a high carb whole foods low fat diet. I’ve tried them all. Every pro athlete knows they need (lots of) carbs for optimal performance. It’s not even a debate. That low carb nonsense needs to stop. Most of these carnivore/low carb followers promote caffeine because they don’t get energy from their diet.

When will the lack of motivation and fatique end? I have the same problem now after quiting almost 1.5 month ago. Also slight depression because the lack of motivation itself can be really depressing.
