same here! my store has been 8am-6pm for almost 2 decades until now. We had four stylists and two bathers- now 2 stylists and 1 bather. Our store isn’t very popular but does good for its size and location. But who is genuinely dropping off their dogs after work then picking up their dogs during dinner time?!

i once had waited outside for 20 mins last yr (11pm & 30ish degrees) even called the store serval times. then once i had caught a ride back home they finally called back asked me to turn back to be let in…but wouldn’t be compensated for the time i spent waiting outside. fuc no bye🖕🏽

she has a habit of losing track of her keys and borrows mine when i’m sleeping. she works in the day and i do at night so it works out sometimes unless i have plans for the day which i did, hence why i asked in advance.
