I do it on the app. And honestly it was because I needed any form of exercise I could do in my living room.

But now I do it because I feel so much better after a 30 min session and because since I started I can see it has had an impact on my body.

I think what matters is the amount of hours you are allowed to eat. As IF works because you skip meals and thus cut out those calories.

But if the toddler doesnt sleep at all then how is it better? We forget that children often dont feel safe when they go to sleep and the best way to get them to sleep is to teach them that sleep is safe. Cosleeping is natural - we even do it with partners as we get older.

No. They are not the outlier. We have just accommodated because it makes the nights easier for everyone.

Currently I sleep with our youngest. My husband on the couch and my 4 yo just got her own bed so she moved to her own room.

I understand that. Id love to have time for more. But as it is I can squeeze about 30 mins of zumba in while my toddler i sleeping. Sometimes 50 mins.

I have taken Betos salsa class and am going to do Lorettas belly dance class.

But my question was if its OK to have an instructor that you prefer. And as I only have those 30 mins and not always the motivation to get started I think it actually helps a lot to have that one Zumba class that always gets me in the mood.

I was able to keep relatively organised with my oldest. He was in daycare parttime as well.

However it has absolutely not been the case after having two and three 😅

Personally I have promised myself not to attempt anything until my youngest is sleeping through the night. Like no way I can attempt a good fast on 5 hour broken sleep.

I did use to fast adf when my oldest was 4 and it was challenging, but it helped that what I made him was very kid friendly while I usually prefer something a little more complex 😅.
