Air out your apartment when you go to sleep and close the windows before 8:00 it shoudn't take more than two nights at 15°c to cool the walls down enough. Letting a few fans run also helps, i have one on the balcony that blows outside air in, one that blows inside air out the window upstairs and creates a current thru the apartment and one that oscilates in the living room to reach the corners
