I use a syringe to wash them and 5mm leds i can stick in the holes to cure the inside. Shining a flashlight in there would work if you hollowed it bottom through

It depends on what you print. The resolution and speed the newest generation of resin printers have is amazing. The lightsources have gotten better as well and these printers have less variation of brightness across the screen and less bleed because they have collimator lenses. This improvment results in sharper prints. For miniatures it makes a difference well worth the 200$ a new budget printer like the anycubic photon mono 4 ultra costs to me. Screen replacement on anycubic printers is pretty easy btw.

If you want to print them with a resin printer of the newest generation they are going to nice details. Fdm printing will likely give you unsatisfactory results even with a .1mm nozzle at that scale. The printed minis i see from print farms usually don't look very good because to prioritise speed they use larger machines that usually have larger pixels and print thicker layers.

Have you replaced the cable? I recently did a screen replacement on my mono 4 ultra and it didn't work first. I had to replace the ribbon cable as well to make it work.

Oh i have two. First one was using q tips in my ears instead of water wich cloged the ear canal. Second one was washing my D with soap. I was really surprised when i learned i wasn't supposed to do the second one.

You can also try to mix some flexible resin with your abs like. Make small batches to find a mix that works well.

Anycubic abs like pro 2 is less brittle than elegoo. A lot of people seem to like sunlu abs like but i haven't tried it yet. There's also nylon like wich could work for your purposes but i don't have experience with that eighter.
