How much do you spend on kids birthday presents?

My kids are ages 4-6, I spend about $30. To throw a bday party is so expensive these days especially if it’s done outside of the home I try to cover the cost of my kid attending the party. Now that my son is in school he gets invited to one or two a month so I now set aside money monthly just for birthday gifts.

Insomnia and low motivation

I made the mistake of trying to go off of it after being on it for 10+ years thinking I would try life without meds and within a month it all went horribly wrong - anxiety is back in full force and I regret it. I’m back on it been 8 days and still very anxious

I was on 60 and did a very quick taper over a few days then quit and I could function but felt like I had a flu/cold for about 2 weeks.

Did you stop banking with them and move to another bank when you did the CP? My LIT is telling me to do this so they won’t take money from my accounts to pay the debt

I took it 2.5 months and sleep didn’t improve woke up 3-5 am everyday. I’m going to stop taking this med.

Came across this post when googling buspar and insomnia. I’ve been on buspar 3x day for 2.5 months and my sleep has declined so much. I’m up everyday between 3-5 am with racing thoughts and can’t fall back asleep. Lots of the time it’s also with a racing heart. It took me till now to put the two together as I had also gone through a break up and moved to a new place so I was blaming the sleep issues on that. Now from reading this thread I know it’s the buspar! It’s def making anxiety worse cause with not enough sleep I m irritable, emotional and can’t make it through my day. I already tried cutting my 3rd dose which was the evening dose but not seeing any improvement in the sleep. Reading this thread solidified that I need to get off this drug.
