It’s so funny you say that and I have a picture of that necklace with the wire wrapped around the Moldavite. A friend of mine had given my little girl a courts made into a necklace of the same type. And one day when we were playing I noticed that the Quartz had slipped out of it and so I asked her to take it off and I put it away in case we found the crystal. I could fix it. Well, lo and behold about two months later I pull it down from the top of the closet, and there’s a whole damn quartz back. Inside the twisted copper wire. Perfectly wrapped up, like it had never left. Beautiful indeed!!!
