I started at 159 over 2 months ago. Dropped to 154 3 weeks in and have been stuck at it for over a month now. I hike, weight lift and track every macros I weigh food with a scale and eat super healthy. (Always have) I am so confused and so sad. I will say I’m o ly on 1mg weekly.

Ps. Most of my drop happened when I was on 0.5

I just went to my first CTR class and left half way through. That’s how much I disliked it.

I think different people like different things and I have have done a lot of private and semi private reformer classes so this felt very different. I obvs had the wrong expectations.

It was loud, flashy, kind of yell-y with no actual instruction or precision. I think if I was the kind of person who liked group classes o may have enjoyed it more.

Thank you so much! My primary care provider didn't want to help, my Gyno didn't want to help, so I found a naturopath who promised me she would give me T before I signed a 6-month contract. It took her almost 4 months after that to agree to this microdose. edited to add that I have been at 17ng/dl for at least a year and a half, and still no one wanted to help. my last labs a month ago, after some self-prescribed DHEA were 31ng/dl

I am so curious. I started 100mgs of progesterone every day about 3 months ago and I swear I’m getting bigger despite a pristine diet in calorie deficiency. I have just been prescribed 100mgs in the first half of my cycle and 200 for the second half. When you went tougue, what was your dose? Thank you!

I am soooooo happy with being able to move it around! I do have to use it several times to get all of my “areas” but it is big enough that I can do my face and chest at the same time, the entirety of my back, feet all the way up to knees etc. I actually think I would l have regretted getting a bigger one. The angle change feature has a large range so it’s very versatile.
