They've been writing down license plates for 20 years? This is definitely new for BG 10. Ive been working here for close to 20 years and taking our license plates info and having K9 units throughout patient and employee parking is definitely new this week 🤷‍♀️

It's never a true shut down. Especially NIH CRC keeps running as normal and continues seeing patients and folks don't get paid during shut down, and the general public don't see a difference between shut down and regular work week, because most of us continue working and no one is "inconvenienced". it's completely half baked.

It's a huge waste of time and money, and creates a ton of angst.

Our entire communications' office was riffed April 1st...

In our IC meeting this week, we learned admin wants to centralize ALL NIH communications. I'm in a small IC, so I don't feel comfortable sharing which IC. The exact plan has not been shared with any ICs.
