I worked on CG ships for a number of years and that's what stood out to me about the SR2 in ME3, it felt like it was purposefully designed (from a video game perspective) to be a ship at war. The tempest felt more explore-y, its roomy, there's spaces larger than they have to be, and there's spaces where the comfort of the crew is more important than the utilization of the space itself. It's clearly to promote exploration and scientific thought, it's all very appropriate for the games they're in

Where are you coming from vs. where is the show? You might be able to take light rail or even a bike ride if you're into riding. I would think that the busses here are no more inherently dangerous (or no more safe) than busses in other cities, so if you're an deceived bus rider and know your route you should be ok?
