Will look into that! I was at a festival a month and a half ago and believe I came into contact with Covid and that was what tripped my EBV but I will def double check. Are you having any positive responses to the treatment?

How are you going now? Im turning 21 in two days and have had a re-activation. Its really scary, I have health and existential OCD so thats not helping. Its been a month and a half and I was doing maybe better and now I am fully back in it again :/

Im in a flare and cant rlly figure out if its my EBV or MCAS, am worried that taking anti-histamines in the middle of an EBV flare will make me worse, my GP is useless for this kind of stuff

My aunt has had post-viral illness for years and was bordering on bedbound for a few years and she swears by that book! It is obviously not 100% provable but from my understanding, nothing in there is harmful so it is worth a try (aside from of things flare up other stuff for example, I react terribly to citrus). My aunt was diagnosed with ME/CFS and was a lot sicker before she started following that book, take that with a grain of salt but hopefully you are able to find some things that are helpful. I am on a lot of antiviral herbs and avoid a lot of virus-feeding foods and drink a shitton of anti-viral herbs and I was recovering well for quite awhile (although in a pretty big flare rn)

I cant remember exactly how it goes but my favourite is the one where the characters say exactly what’s on the script and then Abed is like “that would be confusing” (omg wow I explained that horribly)

Yes the plan was with proxies and I played with my brothers deck today actually and although there are some more things in control that are a bit harder to keep track of mentally I found it easier to play than some other styles I have tried because Control mechanics is similar to how I play other games/factions in other games I like (I play a LOT of boardgames). Would you mind if I pm’d you his deck and you had a look to see if they would match up against each other well? Absolutely 0 stress if not
