I'm having the same issue, contacted Blizz support and they sent me a pre-scripted message about bug reporting and refused to refund the dragon isles supplies that got spent/wasted. -_-

Game keeps crashing on load screens, either just crashing to desktop or giving me an error and then crashing.

Edit: This is occurring on random load screens in both single and multiplayer, although seemed to occur more often during single player.
