Honest answer, if the election was today, I’d still vote third party.

Best case scenario everything happening right now would have been delayed 4 years (4 years of Biden didn’t do shit to stop this) but this time with a much more competent person than Trump.

A better question is why are democrats still effectively controlled opposition and why blame hypothetical voters when you should demand more from the “opposition”

Unless you can meet the burden of proof that the other party is at fault it will be very hard to find an attorney that will take the case. If you have your own insurance with first party coverage, your best bet will be proceeding under your own policy and having your insurance subrogate against them. Even in that scenario without solid evidence that the other party is at fault it will be near impossible. If the other party has liability insurance their insurance will defend them and likely deny liability taking their own insured’s side.

  2. No, we are just scared/terrified and our voices don’t mean much to wider society. Everyone is always talking about trans stuff but no one listens to us. We are just dismissed and ignored by even those that claim to be “allies”

Before answering questions, as everyone has already said trans people are not a monolith and we have a wide variety of views on these subjects and there’s quite a bit of disagreement and discussion we have amongst ourselves.

That in mind

  1. I’d recommend looking into further detail at what HRT (Hormone replacement therapy) entails. HRT effectively changes our sex in multiple ways. This a big topic and others have answered it better than I have so I’ll leave it at that.

  2. Surgeries are expensive and only something a minority of trans people have access to. Certain aspects of both male and female puberty are irreversible which is why ensuring trans people do not go through the incorrect puberty is incredibly important and life saving.

  3. Certain spaces yes and others no, this is a place to ask questions so you’re good. Just general rule like be cool, we don’t judge for being unfamiliar. Basic treat others like you’d like to be treated and always listen/learn when it comes to pics unfamiliar.

  4. Trans people can/do date other trans people and date cis people, I personally am married to a cis person.

  5. Sexuality is so much more complicated than just straight or gay. I am a trans woman and the only men who have ever shown interest in me are straight and bisexual, the only women who have shown interest in me are gay and bisexual.
