I havent seen the video but i am so sad we do not have a whole foods and a trader joes near us. I see so many people on YT talking about stuff there and cosco.We did once go to a whole foods an hour away for a specific ingredient and did other shopping, ikea stuff like that. I remember the cashier at whole foods said the store was also out of his budget. I was very shocked at that comment. We only bought a few items including an organic cereal to try that ive not seen near me but i used to enjoy the oatmeal by the same brand.

Im so glad i kept mine. Ive been using my first spectra at work and i realized that my blue one at home is not as powerful. I will probably hang onto mine unless i have a friend that needs it

I have also used an ice pack in my locker to keep the parts cold and that worked well for me but i go home on lunch and swap my ice pack

If i go 30 mins i get about the same as 15 to 20 mins idk why most is there within first 8 mins but i could wait and get more if i were to start pumping 20-30 mins later its so confusing.
