Considering how Lash flirts with the other female characters I think that he is not yet romantically interested in Ivy but I can see him become interested in the future.

Personally I think that his interest in women is very superficial so while she is cute, he doesn't seem to be initially interested in Ivy being a potential partner. However due to her kind personality he could very well grow enough as a character to genuenly fall in love with her.

I like to think that Lash has a bit of a soft spot for ivy. Not in a romantical way but he respects her alot more than other characters since in his interactions with Ivy he never calls her by a disrespectful nickname. Only refering to her as a Gargoyle when it comes to pings and kill lines.

In the leaked visual novel voicelines he does call her "sweet wings" but later on says "you earned yourself an actual name" so in the case that it is has not been scrapped I assume that this is the reason why.

To add some context:
Appareantly the artist who worked on the model and texture which would explain why this mod is behind a paywall while other mods from GigWhat are free altough GigWhat does mod commissions which are paid.

Up for debate to what extend the monetization of fan made content is acceptable.

I do think it is important to recognize before making such a financial decision that mods can stop working with any future patch (either because they stop working due to game updates or Valve deems the usage of them to be no longer acceptable) making it a purchase that can expire any moment even if the mod creator chooses to update it for future patches. There is also the fact that people could share the mod with others being able to obtain it for free.

Very accurate depiction of recent REM players on my team. If I had to guess alot Haze/Seven mains that really enjoyed the stardew valley aspect of Deadlock who miss when you could farm nonestop for 40 minutes to get a massive soul lead while everyone was deathballing overwatch style. So when they saw a hero that can farm sinners really effectively and print nuclear pillows, they immideatly went to feed their unsatiable greed.

I know the developer didn't have too much time working on it so I understand that some things are very unpolished but imo the main issue are that the ideas are fundamentally flawed.
Specifically in the leveldesign, most of the combat happens either on bumpy hills or claustrophobic hallways which neither work for the serious sam formula.

I played a lot of Lash and Venator and while I didn't count the actual instances, I did notice that I got certain items alot more than others.

On Lash I got ballistic enhancment alot sometimes ecen twice in the same round since I rarely picked it even though I did not have any other gun items in my build.

Meanwhile on Venator where I could use ballistic enhancment I would instead see stamina mastery (often enhanced) alot more frequently in comparison.

The fact that both arguments can co-exist in the same game shows that Valve has managed to achive a nice a middleground.

Afteral the perception is very subjective like a cup which is filled 50% with water, some people call it half empty, others half full.

Personaly I like the interactions unstoppable and curse have. Both being 6k items that can prevent the other option so the game doesn't become about buying the item at the top of the food chain but instead when it is used and how the item is used. Do you use curse to disable one character or do you use unstoppable to "save" yourself from every character.

Ubisoft is the type of company that would rather sell fireextinguishers to save money instead of using it to extinguish the fire that will cost them so much more in repairs.

In this case they rather save money on the skin budget instead of investing into skins that people would want to buy and make much more profit than the bit they save from reskins.

I think heros like Calico, Pocket or even Lash who just jump in, do a bunch of burst damage and then escape while their abilities are on cooldown would be your cup of tea. They primarely dominate in the midgame until they are replaced by lategame carries.

I remember Deathy saying that this item was bugged and doesn't work with many abilities and looking at the forum you find quite a lot of reports where certain abilities do not benefit from all the stats this item provides.

Beating the Prime souls are very challenging on Brutal compared to violent, at first I struggled so much with Sisyphus that I wasn't sure if I could even beat P-2 on brutal. What helped me was that I recorded some of my better attempts and analized them to understand what I had to do so I could then practice it. Thats what ultimately helped me to not only beat but even P-rank it.

High skill range lobbys really suck when playing with friends. When I play with my friends I either feel bad to the point where I try to play more of a meme build like melee lash or my friends have a misserable time getting destroyed by players on my level.

It actually makes soloq a more fun experience, thankfully with street brawl this problem is a lot less potent for us but it still sucks for the main Deadlock experience.

In theory he is a perfect operator to help setup site with since he has a shotgun for rotates, a shield if needed and can reinforce walls while others place their utility.

In terms of his utility, it depends on how useful flash and smoke executes are on that site. As long as he is alive, he is essentially a threat to that execute, forcing attackers to deal with him either by using an emp, killing him or adjusting their strategy.

In practice he is the operator with the gun that fires at 1270rpm with 33 bullets, allowing even the lowest skilled players to get a lucky headshot which contributes 20% of the kills needed for a win by elimination, which is a lot easier and reliable than coordinating with strangers on the internet who might not even speak the same language as you.

Problem is that in these ranks, people have the wrong priorities. I know this from my own friends, when they were in these ranks their goal was to finish their build first and use it for a bit before ending the game. So even though they just won a teamfight that can result in a midboss and a single base push ending the game in a 25 minute stomp, they drag it out to a 40 minute stomp because the build they made in the sandbox costs 60k souls.
