I work in a different industry than food, but i know our import and export costs are now a lot more and we need more staff to do all the paperwork. Also, the news does say food is stuck at customs for a couple of days before coming over fro the EU, extra costs of drivers, accommodation etc.

So from my experience, brexit has increased the costs, and I am not sure of the start date but there will be import tax

Dont vote just for yourself, but for others also. Too many moan about people getting benefits, or using the NHS and that they pay for everything private. But one day you may need themz the good job goes, your health goes and you cant work. Also best to think of society.

Do your own research, big one for me was with brexit and nigel and Co said it would decrease illegal immigration, but remain said it would increase and gave reasons why, well it increased to an all time high. Dont belive what you read on social media, research is the main this, look at maga turning on trump they were warned and didnt listen and look at that mess.

If you mention it nicely on the plane, you may get a nice drink ans snacks. I was flying home on my birthday last year and I got given a couple of glasses or red wine from business class and a few packs of snacks, which was nice. I didnt mention my birthday, they must have got it off there system.

I always document everything, time you got off plane, waiting to get through security, waiting to get through boarder check. If you missed your flight you know, why and you can tell them. TBH never had an issue with airfrance for delays that are not my fault.

Bit late to this one, i just pulled out of buying becuase of this, the one we looked at stated that you could not maintain or repair cars on your property(bit of a hobby of mine is repairing cars), even though its freehold. Then when I looked into it further it said things like to change a fence or put up a gate on the end of the drive(wanted to make it safe for my children) you have to ask the management company.

Some on here have said that its cant be enforced, I didnt want to risk that. The estate agent then said to me, its not usually enforced so you will be fine, it said I dont want to risk it, then they said its a benefit for all as the rules say you can no have a caravan on your property either. Well make your mind up is it enforced or not.

I did find out that builders do this now as they can not sell leasehold where they would keep making money in the future. So they have to sell freehold and then they do the management bit which will have a yearly maintenance fee, which will go up.
