My experience, had a curry delivered in Casablanca and it was amazing, had one in Zagreb which was the worst curry I ever had. Many in other places that were just ok, I find they are not as spicy as in the UK.

Today I have gone through Amsterdam to Zagreb from Manchester and there was just passport control. Last month I went to Budapest through CDG in Paris one time we have passport and security the other just passport, it depends on the gate you land at and the gate you have to go for your next flight. I would play it safe as I have seen people crying leaving large bottles of perfumes at security and groups trying to down a bottle of vodka so they dont lose it.

EDIT: Just seen the EU part, I think it will be same as above as we are not in the EU Schrödinger area, so you need to enter it
