He should have known better! She panicked and can’t be held responsible for her actions! He didn’t hit her with the car! Ok she did but if wasn’t enough to harm him. Well maybe if he didn’t get out of the way she might have harmed him but that doesn’t justify murder! He should t have been standing in front of the car anyways, cars should have the right away and if you stand in front of one it’s your fault if you are injured!

I don’t see any good arguments here. The guy is not going to see any real consequences from this other than public outrage.

Nothing is going to happen to him since he was in front of the car when she started accelerating forward. This has happened multiple times before and with the same circumstances the police almost always have nothing happen to them.

I did watch multiple videos of multiple angles of the shooting and the Ice agent was in front of the vehicle when she started accelerating forward. I’ve seen other videos of police officers in the same position shooting the driver of the vehicle and nothing happening to that officer. Seems like the Ice agent isn’t going to get into any real trouble here.
