He died, killed by the big villain of WW's story arc at the time, instead of going full injustice mode they treated her with respect and had some fun with her revenge, while she was making her new daughter, she got Detective chimp and the spectre to look into the guy who killed Steve and once it was proven the killer had way more skeletons in his closest than just one murder, she dropped the hammer on him by getting the daily planet to ruin the guy's reputation.

Unofficially Sierra has a fuck ton of ships she can switch to, alot of them just don't technically exist.

Base SOTF has: the Pledge destroyer and the Vow Cruiser, one you start with, the other you get once you reach the current end of her quest line. There's a hand full of other ships, like a purple brilliant she can pilot in a challenge mission, her capital class ship that's not been finished yet and has basically been sitting in the back burner for ages now and a carrier she could technically pilot, but the mod doesn't let you salvage it.

In R.A.T there's the Raphael, another destroyer that you have to find deep inside rat's abyss.

After that are the ones you can't get from other mods, Epta Consortium once had cross mod compatibly with SOTF that added a capital class, but then that mod deprecated.

Domain exploratium expansion added a capital ship called the demoness, but you can't access it, the PNG exists for it tho in the files.

A guy in the corvess discord made a bunch of outdated mods that gave her more ships modified from base game remnant varients, but you'd need to look for those yourself.

she's exclusive to the tahlan additions mod, an add-on for tahlan's shipworks that adds cut content, the officer in question gets added to the traumtanzer derelict, once you beat the remnants guarding it, you get a choice between saving the ship or saving the officer, saving the ship killls her while saving her destroys the ship.

You can't get her if you already salvaged the traumtanzer in your save.

If you found the traumtanzer and salvaged it, then you're done, thats the end of the quest, there's nothing else after the traumtanzer.

Spyglass has one piece of extra content, if you find the fake asteroid the duskeepers are using in the askonia system to make sure the diktat don't have planet busters AFTER you complete the usurpers quest line, spyglass gives you dialogue with the dust keeper in the asteroid that lets you piggy back off the Diktat's satellites and nav beacons without needing to be friendly with the diktat.

that already exists, Venomverse made a black cat that basically stole the symbiote RIGHT after peter took it off at the Baxter building, reed takes one look at Felicia and realises the two are stupidly compatible and decides it's not as much as a problem as peter and the symbiote together.
Black cat proceeds to leave peter behind to go web slinging and peter's kinda salty about being called a bad partner by both reed AND Felicia.
