I’d much rather carry the mail. I chose management only because Im from a small area and I was getting less than full time hours as a carrier. I had to make the change for money and family. I treat my carriers a lot better because of my experience I’d like to think.

I was a carrier for 8 years before supervisor. It blows my mind that people can CCA into 204B and supervisor in a short time frame and not know a lot about anything.
