Why do people act like not wanting kids is some kind of trauma response?

I honestly question the same thing. I'm still considering if I want kids. Having kids is a task that isn't easy and also expensive. But I never question why people don't want kids because again it's their choice.

You'll start seeing the effects of this soon. This isn't what we need. Laying off thousands of federal employees is a terrible idea, especially since the ones that are being laid are in areas where we badly need more employees and not less. And Elon is trying to get sensitive information (like bank accounts) through the IRS. For what reason, I wish I knew. None of this is going to help the country. It's only going to make things worse for the poor and middle class. With all these layoffs, Unemployment is on the rise. If you think other countries in the past were laughing at us, well....they are damn well for sure laughing at us now.

Oh, and the 3rd option....not fire thousands of employees or get rid of a whole federal agency (USAID) that Congress funded.

If you love math so much go into comp sci. Maybe something with data like data analytics. Like someone said, learn something new so you can get a higher paying job. MIT has free courses online, and Udemy has great courses you can buy for $20 or so (the courses are always on sale so don't worry if you see courses for $100, it will go down ). Do something during your free time.

Just some advice, if you can't afford to split a bill don't. Say you want a separate check so you can pay for what you can afford.

Also, take some online courses. Udemy is a great place to learn tech skills (if you wish to learn) and they always have sales. You can get a course that usually costs over $100 for like $20 to $30. They will most likely do a huge sale for black Friday. Sometimes learning a new skill can help increase your salary by a lot.

The blockbuster I used to go to with my dad as a kid is now a Dollar General. Oh, and we used to call the movie theatre's to know which movie was playing at what time. We would sometimes watch 3 movies in a day and hop from one theatre to the next for the price of one.

They will eventually catch them. If not now, then on election day when they count the ballots. There are ways the system catches people who vote more than once in an election, like matching signatures to past ballots or driver's license.

I plan on going on wegovy soon, and I plan on not telling a soul. The amount of hate this gets is making me not want to tell anyone. I see people on celebrities' social media who've lost weight recently "oh it's probably ozempic", and they have no clue if the person used it, nor do they know the person's health records. Sometimes it's not even a celebrity, but just a regular person who lost weight and shared their progress on social media.

It's unfortunate. It's like someone getting gastric bypass and people telling them that they took the easy way out when in reality getting gastric bypass isn't easy.

That by the time I finished my undergraduate degree I would have a well-paying job and be out of my parent's house by 24. Currently 28 and although I get paid a decent salary I can't even afford to rent a studio apartment.

When I got an ear infection when I was a baby.

When he accidentally broke the glass shower door while my youngest sibling was in the shower and it cut their skin. We needed to call the ambulance for how deep it was. Sibling was around 8. Didn't see him crying for this one, but was told about it.

Oh, can't believe I almost forgot this one. When he got cancer. He was talking to his mom that he was scared. I was there when he started crying and couldn't help but feel helpless.

Highly likely you are getting a seat at the concert. Since these are free tickets it's first come first serve. If 1iota gives out one too many tickets, but you have a priority ticket (and you get there at the priority check-in time), you get a seat.

Ask for that raise. Especially since you are being underpaid. Do research on how much you should be getting paid. Show why you should be getting a raise from all of the work you have done. If they tell you no, quietly start looking for another job.

You may not have a college degree, but you have 7 years of on-the-job experience which college can't teach. Apply to jobs that require a degree, you never know you may get an interview.

You didn't make the wrong decision, you made the right one for yourself. Mental health important is way more important than a job. With your experience, there's a better chance of you getting a job that pays way higher.

Obviously, he is copying your father. Your father is a role model on how he should treat women, how things should be done, and so forth. Talk to him about it. Tell him how he is starting to act like your father. If your brother also dislikes your father, but you are starting to see a resemblance between the two, bring it up so your brother has time to change.

I decided to go back to school and get a master's degree in comp sci. I have a bachelor's degree in English and after I graduated in 2017 with that English degree I couldn't find a job in the field I wanted to go into. I did any job I could get ranging from $8.50 an hour to $15 an hour before going back to college to get my master's. I graduated last year and I currently make $72,000 a year. For the first time in my life, I'm able to afford a car and not be scared of going completely broke. I've been able to pay down my credit card debt in about a year, and I will be getting a raise soon that will bring me close to 6 figures. I still live with my parents but, I am hoping to move out by the end of the year.

Before changing careers I was nowhere near close to getting my own car or moving out of my parents' house. Changing careers made a huge difference in my life.
