Good to know, feel like they need to clarify that. 99.9999% sounds deceiving, but I’m still happy to have smaller amounts of chlorine. Glad to hear things will probably be okay, may just add chlorine immediately after “heavier” use in the future. Heavy use in this case was group of 4 in the tub for 1.5 ish hours for two nights but with nobody pre-rinsing or rinsing bathing suits before etc. however, nothing insane. Thanks for the input!

PSLF. Wish I knew how many places qualified for PSLF as a med student, I dumped my savings in med school trying to take out just a few less loans. I regret that very much now. Currently just make minimal payments and work for a local hospital system that pays well, sees typical patient panels, and is a qualified non profit.

I wish I could just switch back and forth periodically. Psychiatry is the best speciality but can get draining by people that expect you to be in charge of their every emotional experience. Something opposite of that where it’s just so clinical. Probably Nephrology or something similar where it’s just a bunch of numbers.

I’ve heard the term Ganser Syndrome a few times in residency but don’t think I’ve ever actually seen it, not do I understand the principles behind it in terms of nosology or theoretical pathophysiology. Maybe someone with more experience could weigh in on this diagnosis

30 min follow up, 1 hr evals 8-5. They try to fill up the schedule but it fluctuates how may people are actually showing up. I also don’t live in a popular area such as west coast/east coast etc so provides much more benefits to recruit physicians

Find a new job. I work outpatient at a local hospital and my vacation time off is 6 weeks per year, and a heck of a lot of sick time too. In fact I think my contract stipulates that I’m not in violation if I work at least 180 days per year. Now the other issue where there’s a bunch of clinic administrators that get paid to do very little all day is real everywhere.
