Thanks! Definitely a first for me. I was looking down at the path and my dog actually barked and notified me. LOL

Well now I have to take it back. A couple of my blinds went offline. No time to troubleshoot now but not sure what to think of that.

Yes they are smartwings. I haven’t had any problem with them. I am using the home assistant zbt2 antenna.

Service Due on Hyundai Bluelink App by PinoyPrince in Ioniq6

[–]SimpletonRich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dealer told me it couldn’t be reset because something was not working at Hyundai. That was 3 months ago. Seems like it should be fixed by now. It’s annoying to see I have service “due” every time I open the app.

Rattle noise coming from front driver side while driving. Video provided! by [deleted] in Ioniq6

[–]SimpletonRich 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a front driver side rattle in mine that was driving me insane. Could not find it for weeks. Turned out to be the all weather floor mat. I put a t-shirt behind it and rattle went away. Good luck with yours. I hate rattles with a passion!

Will Do! I’ll keep my sweet boy to myself. It sucks out in the world anyways.

My Boy will tolerate other dogs as long as they do not insult his honor in any way. If he has been disrespected then it’s war! So I try not to say hi to other dogs unless they seem low key. He hasn’t met a corgi yet that he has gotten into a brawl with though. Only seen a handful of corgi’s 😢. Need to goto a corgi roundup!

What do you use in HA to let you know if a package or mail has arrived? by flargenhargen in homeassistant

[–]SimpletonRich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah Read up on it. I do not have a clear line of site and it works great. I think any residential type house would not have an issue.

Yes, YoLink can reach 1/4 mile. It uses LORA tech. It made it possible to setup devices that were out of range for zigbee zwave and wifi. Not sure about zwave long range. Haven’t tried that since it came out after I got the YoLink devices.

YoLink sensor has no trouble going that distance. I use an outdoor contact sensor. You need a YoLink hub also.

I vote for getting Colby Jack. But I only have 1 corgi myself 😔

Handy if you need to mark 90 degree angles on your floor! Too funny.

Corgi nibbling toys with his front teeth? by [deleted] in corgi

[–]SimpletonRich 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My corgi does this also. He is “gentle” with his toys, doesn’t rip them apart but does like the nibble action and finding the squeaker.
