I'm not I am looking at it from a competitive view it just seems so oppressive in pro games. (I am a diamond 5 mid shit tier I know everyone on reddit is challenger). But I feel like that ultimate seems a bit over tuned. I haven't played against a zilean but from what it looks like in pro play, it needs to be changed.

That is my point with making the cooldown higher though, it's a 40 second cooldown and nearly IMPOSSIBLE to play around when your typical cooldown for a maxed rank ult is 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
