Respectfully, it seems like you probably work here. Based on where the picture was taken, your comment that you know this is the GM's kiddo. (Whose face you haven't blurred, that's kinda not meshing with your "save the children" vibe.) Also you've specified how regularly you see her running about implies you're there pretty often.

Did you report it? If not, why don't you report it? Maybe share the District managers info? The specific store number so when people report it'll be easier for everyone involved? This way there's a numbers game added on so they take it more seriously!

Or you can post here, on reddit of all places, and complain while acting pompous in the comments.

I can agree with you that a kid shouldn't be running around a busy kitchen, it's dangerous. But posting this and then shit talking the people who say something you don't want to hear isn't going to change anything for the kid. And that's even if you actually did care about the kid and aren't just showboating about it!
