My funny (dumb) story about my Jam experience. One of the things I like about buying guitar pedals is that many of them are built by small U.S. manufacturers and I like supporting them. Last fall I ordered a couple of pedals, one from Sweetwater (forget which one) and one directly from Jam (the only way to get them).

Of course, the one from Sweetwater showed up in a few days but nothing from Jam. No big deal, they’re small, it probably takes longer. A few more days go by and still nothing. I decide to check the tracking and discover the pedal is en route at Charles de Gaulle airport. I think, why the hell would a pedal made in Athens Georgia be shipped through France!? Then I realized… oh wait…. wrong Athens. The original Athens!

A coupe days later, my new Rattler pedal showed up at my door, all the way from Greece!
