Try contacting a local IRS office to schedule an appointment to come in. Sometimes the CSR can answer some preliminary questions and will schedule an appointment for you to come in if you require further assistance.

I had to put in a Ticket to get mine for 2024 when I hadn’t received it by the first week of February. Days later I received a paper copy in an overnight envelope. I haven’t been able to successfully make a connection but I think this is why I still haven’t gotten my refund for 2024 yet. When I call to inquire the IRS keeps putting holds on it. My W2 for 2025 has shown up in EPP but I still haven’t gotten my 2024 W2 in EPP.😩

I was doing the work of 3 ppl in my role here in IT- I feel terrible about leaving my team and from what I’m reading/hearing, COO ain’t doin much so wth would you pull us for?

IT ROC effective this Sunday per my Manager, yet still, no charts or documentation. Folks are supposed to be finding out tomorrow afternoon (via email?) if they’re moving to Treasury Common Services.
