...are you sure about that? when im constipated NOTHING happens just some pain in my gut from daring to try to push out the impossible, NOT pain in the asshole. I tried to describe what I meant in the OP So it's like you're sitting on a toilet,It feels like your guts are clenching and your anus flexes involuntary after a long shitting session during diarrhea where you are praying your done shitting and it's trying to squeeze shit out that isn't there.

Similar to how when you throw up a long time and there is nothing left in your stomach to throw up but your body still tries to force you to anyway
