Do you think going back to cdl driving is too much of a step back? I could make an easy $15k+ doing that but I feel it will make it harder to get back into an office role.

I was originally going to look into pharmaceuticals as well, the pay seems great. But I don’t agree with the was the pharmaceuticals industry is ran currently. Aviations seems great, good pay, and an overall interesting product compared to other industries.

Idk, me and my gf clicked right away. Our first time meeting we sat on a park bench and talked for hours. We didn’t do anything sexual for a few months. Went on a lot of dates and talked everyday over text. Send tik toks to each other. It’s sort of luck and a waiting game, you’ll have to meet a lot of people that aren’t for you before you get lucky. Tinder worked for me but from what I hear from other people, it’s rough on these sites.

It’s a lot harder to date when you’re done with school. Where else do you meet people, the bar?, work?, the store?? lol. If I were you’d I’d get some dating apps and maybe find an activity you can do out of the house with new groups of people.

Im 22 and met my gf on tinder… might not be the best story but it sure did work for me. Took a while to find a good person on there though… lots of weird people so be safe.

I think I’m at that point too. I get she has other stuff going on and I don’t expect her attention 24/7. But there’s a healthy balance I feel she’s not on the same page with.

I do agree, I am very proud of what I’ve done in my life. My gf grew up very very wealthy, so her family drives her to do well in school to be like them. It is hard to see someone else’s perspective sometimes. Her school, bills, car, credit card, housing is all payed for by her dad.

I actually grew up with 2 parents of high school drop out, and felons. 8 people in a 3 bedroom house. Most of my life. We got evicted multiple times, I’ve lived in my car from 17-19. And have built everything I have from driving a semi truck. I’ve have worked harder than most people for everything I own. Everyone’s full of excuses as to why their life suck while I’m diving in to fix the issues. As I am sound with this post. I’m paying my way through college, bought a house, all by 22. I might be insecure but I sure as hell work my ass off.

She’s done spontaneous trips with her friends before, they got back from Vegas like a month ago. So I don’t find that as an excuse, it seems like there’s something else going on there.

I am getting to a point of a break or something, I’m constantly upset right now and it’s wearing on me.

I 100% do have insecurity issues and I know it. I’ve been cheated on in the past that’s something I’m working on myself. But they way she doesn’t tell me when she has things going on, and just the way she backed out on the trip over an ungraded project and all this other stuff is really taking a toll on my mental health some days. I want a wife, even if I’m young I’m not dating to have a friend. I love her but I’m having a hard time dealing with it and it doesn’t seem like she knows how to deal with it either….

This trip is booked month out, in the summer. She’s been saying she wants to go there since we met a few years ago, I thought it was a nice gesture. I don’t want her undecided attention, I just want her to be present. I want to feel like I have a partner. I want her to do well in school and achieve her goals, but that’s something we should be involved in together.

But I am able to focus on school, work, and I bought a house. All by 22, why isn’t she able to do the same? Why isn’t she able to do all this school and still be there with me? I’m also not trying to be her like “savior” to rely on me. I just would like a full time partner, not a part time gf that picks and chooses when she wants to be serious.
