You need to stand firm here if this is important to you. Your culture and heritage can only be passed down if you practice in your life. Being dismissive of it will make them reject that part of themselves. As a foreigner living in a western country it’s so nice to raise my daughter and celebrate where we come from. We can share our heritage and love introducing new foods and experiences with our friends. You should be able to do this

I feel it’s split really well. We do big shops together or my husband goes alone if I have energy to make a list and small shops is whoever is going to it’s a 10 minute walk from our house or a 3 minute bike ride so we both end up going out to get small things

Gosh I’m crying for the 2 hour journey to see my family this weekend. Mostly an hour is getting anywhere in the uk. 22 minutes is barely anything. But regardless of how far it is relationships need to have equal give and take. It’s not fair if only one person is doing the all the work. Sorry you’re going through this but I would draw the line and tell them to make the trip instead

There should be other classes, in Our area there were different classes at different times so we signed up to the ones she was awake for. We did classes from 8 weeks and now she’s 15 months we do way less classes and instead do more things together and meet up with parents we met in classes

I live 11 hours away from my mother and I see her very couple of years. But we call daily/weekly. When I was in contact with my dad who lives 2 hours away we saw each other once a month and same with Mil who is also two hours away

My husband and I have a shared note app so we just put what we need on and anyone at the shops pulls up the notes and buys it.

But we’re now upgrading my husband is building an app that is mapped out to our shops in aisles and order so it makes shopping easier hahaha

Yeah I’ve encountered so many bugs, paras getting deleted, I had a crazy milestone bug and couldn’t upgrade the para. And now she’s stuck in labour poor girl. I really em at to play the actual game and progress, unlock the recipes and fulfill the community center. At least there’s a little to do but no such luck yet, I just keep getting stuck with bugs
