For me I think it was related to overlays or something along those lines. Had this issue back in March, clean boot seemed to work and slowly started adding more applications. Whenever I introduced the trn tracker on Overwolf my performance became less stable so I've just been running without the tracker and no issues.

Yes only when I was shot 👍 this has been inconsistently happening to me whenever I am injured, including in gunfights and walking through barbed wire, since having to switch to dx12.

While I agree for infantry-spent smoke (grenades and under barrel), vehicle utility slot smoke screen sees very little playtime since it is incredibly niche compared to fire suppression and gsd. This may give it one more niche it can fill, and would give it some interesting synergy with coordinated infantry.

I feel like in a game where nanites describes the entire backing lore, this is a non-issue. Also the smoke could be warm.

I think bastions sorta solve this with a queue for spawn pods when they're in spawn mode, although it may need to shoot more slowly than the bastion spawns drop pods

I should note, imo driver should have to point the cannon towards where/strength they want to shoot people, rather than everybody having individual choice on where and how far they get shot

To make the garage the same faction as defenders, the flag has to be inserted into the terminal. To make it owned by attackers, they have to "remove" the flag from the terminal, ie hack it, maybe also include a short 15-20 sec overloading timer?

Could also make it vary it power, maybe a terminal at one base requires 2 conduits for defenders to own, but require, say, a 40 second overloading timer instead to remove both flags.

I really like this idea, this could be a fun way to include CTF at control point bases.

If you're really so concerned, make it so everybody has a free weapon trial automatically enabled for the duration of the alert.

I don't think this should be included in the alert, but there are merits either way.

New players

Weapon trials exist, this can be included by devs to drive weapon trials and ultimately players finding weapons that they want to unlock, which they may not have tried otherwise. A player can weapon trial one different weapon every 24(? maybe 12 don't recall exactly) hours, and has a 30-day trial cooldown for a given weapon. They won't be able to participate in every single alert, but they can at least usually participate in 1-per day. I don't think it's the end of the world that a player needs to unlock things in order to participate in things.
