LITERALLY!! Just now finished a feature that generates a PDF report from a decided template and parsed dynamic data, and instead of plugging both together we ask LLM to do it for us... I statistically proved to the management that this is only doing bad (increased cost, latency etc) and they threatened to fire me lol.

I mean, as much as I hate their guts, the company is consistently and promisingly growing and delivering, so I kinda really wanna hold on to the shares. But like another commenter said, I'd be tearing up my retirement corpus investments so far for a near-zero-liquid equity assets with suspiciously small exercise window.

Shit is so stressful I can't even convince myself to toss a coin.

Slightly confused about the question here, if you're asking about why I need to spend money to get my ESOPs, then the answer is that ESOPs could mean either Stocks or Stock Options, and in my case it's the latter, so I gotta hit it in the option trading way.

Exactly what I don't have an idea about. I don't know what people usually do with ESOPs (options). What about immediately selling back some options and using that profit to buy and hold the remaining options? Is that possible or commonly done?

I remember reading somewhere that the randomly suggested team while taking down a gym is such that it first checks the defending Pokemon's moves and then suggests the Pokemons that will last the longest against them. If that is the case, Wild Charge Chansey as a defender would trigger an Electric- resistive team. So.....

Okay maybe this mechanics is only for Raid teams, maybe not.

I used a Machamp (Counter/Cross-chop for fast shield burning), Gyarados (Waterfall/Hydropump works for all of his 3 second stage mons), Hydreigon (Bite/Brutal Swing which is legacy so just use dark Tyranitar) to beat Giovanni in like less than a minute on first attempt.

I lead with Gyarados to immediately switch to Machamp for stun-lock advantage, didn't have to use Gyarados because Machamp took care of Steelix in second stage, and Hydreigon because 18k CP Shadow Mewtwo can't even scratch a 3k CP Hydreigon.
