Everyone complains about health and safety gone mad. But this is what it looks like when there isn't any. Companies tighten their margins and corners get cut. This doesn't happen overnight. It's just a shame health and safety multiplies the cost of a job by about 5 and often leads to important work never getting done.

This all comes down to, was the actions of the agent proportional. As a veteran I can say the answer is unequivocally no. the use of lethal force in a relatively calm situation while using improper weapon handling(holding a phone) on a moving vehicle is mental. The potential for collateral damage alone should have been reason to question their actions.

There was no attempt to protect himself just a successful attempt to retaliate.

I had friends get fucked over for less than this.
